Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — $8.00
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) — $15.00
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — carrier rate at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $70.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages Pot2Go is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
